Our team of coaches have senior international business experience across all the major business functions, in organisations such as Mars, Unilever, Shell, Diageo and L’Oreal. Having been senior business leaders ourselves, we understand how organisations work, and the challenges faced by leaders and teams.

Our team all have coaching qualifications at postgraduate level. We are committed to our personal development as coaches, through regular CPD and supervision. We are all involved in developing pioneering approaches to coaching - in areas such as 1:1 coaching, team performance and building leadership capability.
